As someone who has to wear compression garments, they are annoying but without them, ultimately infections will set in. As well as pain without them on(eventually from the swelling). Try speaking with your PT on that. Buy a few, I have about 7 pair, usually I just leave them on all day and night, replacing them every 24hrs or so or after showering. See if your PT can recommend that, mine wants me to wear nighttime ones but they are so bulky and hot to wear, that I can't sleep with them on.

Turns out there were 2 extra washers on there, so I left them off, put it back together and I think it's working fine now. The chair is squeaking so I will tighten up everything and hopefully I will have a quiet chair!

NirSoft is flagged because it's tools have been used for hacking. Especially as PassView shows normally hidden passwords from Windows, browsers and WiFi. You can skip those tools/EXE's that get flagged by the virus scanner. I have been using NirSoft for years, they are very useful even without the tools that get blocked by the antivirus.

This is just an example of how far 3d printing has come since 8 years ago. Everything was very very difficult back then. and you had to figure out all the issues yourself because there was probably 3 other people in the world that even knew anything about your problem

1:04:44 Idk if they just added native support for this in Windows 11, but I know for a fact that this feature did exist at least as far back as Windows 8.1, but it was done by the graphics driver. My previous laptop had an AMD APU, and it had that feature on Windows 8.1, available through AMD's settings app (called "Catalyst Control Center", back then). It's still available on my new laptop, which has a Ryzen APU. I've also seen it in Windows 10 running on a laptop with a Intel Celeron (2014 Bay Trail). Not a new feature, it's just now included in Microsoft's settings app instead of having to do it from the GPU's settings app.

IMO the broadband specification should be 100mb down and not less than 10% of download as upload. Thus, if you offer gigabit, the upload must be 100mb. Not this 1000/20 garbage that is acceptable now. Then they'd also never have to change the upload minimum unless there's a drastic change in use that would require it. Because they just go 'time for more speed' and say now it's 200mb and 10% of download and poof now the minimum upload is 20mb.
